"With his new feature Mysterious Ways, writer/director Tyler Eaton delights with a horror/comedy so downright silly that you may need a new funny bone. It doesn’t skimp on the terror, either, bending each genre piece through a razor-sharp lens around religious extremism and how identity is lost through toxic ideology."

"The Harbinger has got a lot on its mind: the COVID-19 pandemic, isolation’s effect on mental health, and the horrifying implications of endangering those you love. It’s all heavy stuff, and could easily become overwhelming. It’s the humanism at the center of the film that keeps that from happening."

Deep within, deep within, deep within

Let your thoughts wash over you like waves.

A stop motion/mixed media animation, meant to be viewed in a continuous loop. A meditation on what it means to be picturing yourself floating in an ocean; your body melting into the sea. We reach through the water and emerge deep within our mind, having been disconnected from the body, we connect with the very core of our soul.

Role: Stop motion animator, production designer,

editor, sound designer

A solo project done while taking an experimental film course in college. Combining both stop motion paper/found-objects animation and digital animation techniques, I explored the concept of visualizing mindfullness and weightlessness through art and images of the ocean, the moon, and the stars.
